OFD · Federation Partnerships
Your competitions, fully accounted for.
OFD builds custom data infrastructure for leagues, federations, and the teams inside them. Every match recorded, every player visible, every competition connected.
Below the top flight, football disappears.
Matches are played, seasons are decided, players develop. Almost none of it survives as structured data. Highlights live on a phone, tables live in a spreadsheet, player histories live in memory.
The federations that fix this own the record of their own game.
We build the tools around your use case.
OFD is a football data and technology company. We do not sell one fixed product. For each federation, each competition, or a single team on its own, we assemble the exact toolset the job needs. Nothing is set in stone and nothing arrives off the shelf.
Competition databases
Living profiles for every club, player and match you sanction.
Low-cost tagging
Match footage turned into structured data by our tagging workflow.
Delivery, your way
On your site, as a standalone hub, or as individual club sites.
A living database for every competition.
Profiles in the style of Sofascore for each club, player and match in your competitions. Season by season, searchable, and connected across every level you sanction.

Footage in, data out.
Our low-cost tagger turns match footage into structured events: goals, cards, line-ups, key actions. It is how a season of matches becomes one connected record, and how your competitions stay comparable with each other.
The data lives where you need it.
On your site
Exports, graphs and advanced metrics embedded into your existing website.
A standalone hub
A dedicated competition platform that we build and administer.
Club sites
An individual site for every club that needs or wants one.
The three modes mix. Most federations take more than one.
Build your package.
Every engagement is assembled, not bought off a shelf. Choose what your federation needs and watch the package take shape.
Components
Turnaround commitment
How fast data comes back after the final whistle.
Your package
- Competition database
Select a turnaround commitment.
Deliverables and price scale with the commitment you need from us. Faster turnaround means more of our hours on your footage, and that is exactly what the monthly retainer is built from.
How an engagement works.
Audit and setup
One-time feeWe survey the federation and its participating teams, or a single team coming in on its own, define the scope together, and confirm every tool the job needs is in the plan.
Build
Included in setupWe build the package as scoped. You see progress throughout, and nothing ships that was not agreed in the audit.
Monthly service retainer
Scoped per federationA monthly retainer that covers the technical administration of your tools plus the hours we work on your footage.
Audit and setup
US$600 to US$20,000
One-time. The floor is a single team on a minimal scope; the ceiling is a full federation with a hub, club sites, admin panels and integrations. Where you land depends on how much of that you take on.
Monthly retainer
US$10 to US$1,000 per team, per month
Driven by the services each team takes and the turnaround commitment you choose. The audit turns this range into an exact figure.
Whole federation, or a single team
The same engagement scales from one club to an entire pyramid. A federation can bring every competition it sanctions; a single team can also come in on its own, starting at the floor of these ranges, a one-time audit from US$600 and a retainer from US$10 a month. If this fits one of your teams more than the whole federation today, forward it to them and they can begin alone.
Two ways to structure it
One federation quote
The federation carries one overarching figure that covers every team and every service in scope. This is the large end: the whole pyramid, priced and administered as one.
Split per team
Each team is priced on its own requirements, so a club taking tagger access alone sits near the floor while a club taking a full site and fast turnaround sits far higher. Teams that take more pay more, nobody subsidizes services they do not use, and a single team can hold its own line with no federation deal around it.
No two federations, and no two teams, land on the same figure. The audit exists so that the price fits the scope you actually chose.
What this looks like for your federation.
Every federation runs a different pyramid, a different calendar, and a different set of tools. This slide is written for yours: in a scoping conversation we map your competitions, your footage situation, and what your clubs need, then assemble the package around it.
The next step is a conversation.
A short scoping call is enough to tell you what an audit would cover and what your package could look like.
